What was the reason for the system to be implemented?
We needed a reliable system to manage our fleet of road technicians that offers real time tracking, customizable rules, alerts and notifications, tracking logs and useful and easy-to-generate reports.

How did the system truly compliment the objectives you had set?
The GoGPS system has helped us realize some important Fleet Management goals by providing a robust, easy-to-use and intuitive interface that satisfies our basic requirements. In addition, it provides a fully integrated vehicle diagnostic system, driver feedback system, useful zoning system, complex reporting and analysis features, and cross-platform capabilities to tablet computers and mobile phones.

Some of the noticeable developments that have directly resulted from the installation and implementation of the system include:

- Driver training (better driving habits, fewer traffic offences)

- Trips history report has been useful for reporting/investigating.
